I bring creativity and emotional intelligence to our marketing strategies, focusing on connecting with our teen audience in authentic and meaningful ways. I enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively to create engaging content that resonates with our community.

Hi, I’m Adithi Bhamidipati, I’m in 10th Grade and one of the writers for The Teen Internship Book. I’m passionate about storytelling, media, and creativity, and I’ve enjoyed helping shape the book’s voice and content. I see writing as a way to reflect, connect, and express ideas with intention. Outside of the project, I love sketching, reading, and exploring where art meets thought.

I'm Aditi, 20, a med student and three-time national motorcycle racing champ. I’m into horses, fitness, and anything that gets the adrenaline going. Always up for learning something new and enjoy working with and leading teams.

Hi, I’m Advay Avinash, I’m in 9th Grade and I work on the podcast team for The Teen Internship Book. I help bring teen stories and ideas to life through conversation and interviews. I enjoy planning, scripting, and hosting episodes that are engaging and thoughtful. I’m confident, bold, and love connecting with people through public speaking. Outside the project, I’m a gold medal swimmer and rank in the top one percent of my school academically.

Hi, I'm Ahona. I'm in 8th Grade and based in Bangalore. I'm one of the editors for The Internship Book. I have a deep love for all forms of art, from writing to stage direction, and I bring creativity, precision, and thoughtful guidance to the editorial team.

Hi, I'm Amritanshu. I'm in 8th Grade and I'm the video editor for The Internship Book. I focus on keeping videos sharp, engaging, and easy to follow, and I work closely with the videography team to make sure everything's accurate. Outside of the project, I run my own YouTube channel about tech and gaming. I'm also learning to build games using Unity. I'm the go-to tech help for my friends, and I love figuring out how things work, whether it's fixing bugs or getting better at Valorant and Minecraft.

I enjoy combining my love for art with research to create illustrations that are both creative and informative. Beyond art, I also have a talent for singing.

Hi, I'm Balahansini. I'm in 9th Grade and The Internship Book is my first internship. I work on the podcast team and I'm curious about everything from public speaking and editing to leadership and problem solving. I love learning, especially when it's fun and hands on. I'm a mix of go with the flow and plan it first, and I enjoy listening to different perspectives while keeping things steady. Whether it's MUNs, entrepreneurship, or team projects, I care about doing meaningful work and learning as I go.

Hi, I'm Ira. I'm in 9th Grade and one of the illustrators for The Internship Book. I'm a homeschooling student with a passion for creative expression through art. I enjoy bringing fresh perspectives to my illustrations and collaborating with the team to create meaningful visual content.

Hi, we're Jeevika & Rayansh — 11-year-old homeschooled twins passionate about music and the arts. I (Jeevika) sing and play keyboard, and I (Rayansh) play bass and guitar. We started music in 2022, now train in jazz, and perform at events like International Jazz Day, Brillante Piano Festival, and more. Our YouTube channel JeevRay Rhapsody features our covers and original songs. We also practice Kalaripayattu and hold a one-year international certification from UNESCO CID. I (Jeevika) train in Bharatanatyam too, and have an India Book of Records title for most group dance performances. We love blending music, movement, and creativity — and doing it all together!

Hey, I’m Lakshi Mehta – a 9th grader and one of the Project Managers for The Internship Book. I’ve represented at EAMUN (East African Model United Nations), sharpening my diplomacy and debate skills on an international platform. I was ranked among the Top 20 chess players in Kenya and received the Silver Award in the prestigious Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition. Beyond academics, I’ve played the recorder for 7 years, actively compete in table tennis, and have participated in several Cubing competitions. I’m also passionate about art, with multiple awards to my name, and I’ve proudly won seven medals at the World Scholars Cup.
